  • Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
  • Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.
  • May conduct peer reviews and make technical presentations.
  • Coordinates with other in-house engineering disciplines as needed.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
  • Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff’s specific area of expertise.
  • Prepares technical specification sections.
  • Travel to project site and meetings as needed.
  • Work on buildings projects of various types (including, but not limited to: commercial, institutional, residential)
  • Signs off and approves their own work.
