Bilingual Field Project Manager

Overview

Oversee residential remodeling projects, ensuring quality, coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Represent FHIA in project meetings and attend strategy sessions -Monitor installation of jobs to ensure quality standards are maintained -Perform pre and post inspection of job site -Recommend concepts to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality -Function in a customer-facing role to support customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide creative solutions ensuring 100% customer satisfaction -Collect final documents and payments upon job completion -Recruit installers as needed to support growth -Coordinate installation material delivery and pickup

What You Bring

-Minimum 2+ years of experience in a field management or supervisory position -Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required -Must have personal vehicle for daily use -Residential construction or remodeling experience- a must! -Proficiency in Office 365 and data entry -Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish -Good organizational, social, and customer service skills
