Perform multi‑skilled plumbing and building services maintenance for Kensington & Chelsea.

Tasks

-Use your own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with reactive maintenance activities, including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support -Work as part of the Maintenance Team -Play a key role in planning and completing a range of works on various building systems -Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works either working on your own or as part of a team -Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to -Carry out all works within agreed timescales and to the highest standards, ensuring that you comply with current regulations and client specifications -Deal with a variety of Clients on a daily basis. You will represent the Company and be courteous and professional in your dealings with them at all times. -Provide regular out of hours cover and participate in a staggered shift pattern to cover the client’s core hours/callouts -Provide detailed write-ups of works carried out to ensure our client is kept up to date at all times. -Provide exceptional maintenance services to our high profile client and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest quality standards in all areas -Utilise PDAs / mobiles to complete works

What You Bring

-Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a maintenance role, particularly in relation to mechanical, electrical, plumbing or gas services -Licensed MEWP operator -Plumbing qualification with at least 3 years post qualification experience -Ability to attend site within 1 hour out of hours callout -Full Driver’s License -Knowledge of BEMS systems -OFTEC Certified -Demonstrate a sound general knowledge of multiple building services -Recognised Health & Safety training -Manual Handling training -Confined space training
