The Role

Overview

Procure goods/services, manage suppliers, ensure compliance for TK Elevator.

Tasks

-Complies with contract & sourcing strategies for the execution of purchases including directing spend to established contracts or agreements.. -Request competitive quotes via eRFX for adhoc field requests and negotiate savings in conjunction with the Field team. -Receive, analyze, and resolve supplier inquiries, service issues, disputes, and payment discrepancies. -Identity theft monitoring -Review purchase requisitions for completeness and place orders with approved suppliers. -Ensuring that executed Purchase Orders are closed in accordance with the agreed KPI. -Follow up on purchase orders until PO closure. To include change order processing, contractual compliance and invoice processing. -Utilize established policies, procedures, systems, and tools to maximize contribution. -Foster close working relationships with branches and other internal stakeholders. -Evaluate facts surrounding purchase order-related problem areas, determine the most appropriate remedial actions, and implement such actions through available means.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Management required -Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, preferred -Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience including soliciting, negotiating, drafting, formulating, and administering purchase orders within the elevator industry preferred, or alternatively automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods manufacturing industry is required. -Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), spend data analytics & reporting -Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
