Tasks

-Develop comprehensive master plans for urban projects, including urban design, infrastructure planning, and detailed project reports (DPRs). -Prepare project management plans to monitor progress and assess project issues and their impact on timeline and cost. -Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and regulatory agencies. -Manage and anchor multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring objectives and timelines are met. -Prepare bid proposals, including technical and financial aspects. -Share knowledge and build capacity within the junior team members. -Travel to project sites for data collection, conduct stakeholder consultations and attend client meetings. -Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, environment & financial experts, etc. -Should have been managing projects and financials

What You Bring

-Bachelors in Architecture & Master’s degree in urban planning/ urban design with 10-12 years of experience. -Strong communication and presentation skills. -Excellent design thinking and representation skills. -Proficiency in GIS, CAD, Adobe Suite, and other planning software. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. -Experience in master planning, urban design, and project management.
