Tasks

-Driving growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and supporting business development strategies and proposal efforts. -Providing high-level guidance and mentorship to project teams, supporting staff development and team expansion. -Managing and overseeing air permitting and compliance projects, including PSD and Title V permitting, with a focus on client service, quality assurance, and strategic direction. -Leading client engagement for air quality projects, developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients in the oil & gas, chemical, and industrial sectors.

What You Bring

-B.S Degree in science, chemistry, engineering, environmental, or a related field. -Valid U.S driver's license is required for this role. -Prior experience in the consulting industry is highly desired. -Strong project management skills including managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables. -Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required. -Proven success in business development and strategic account growth. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to inspire and lead teams. -10+ years in air quality permitting or compliance in an oil & gas/chemical & industrial related field. -Background in refining, chemical production, and/or oil & gas air permitting. -8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in air quality permitting or compliance in an oil & gas/chemical, environmental consulting and an industrial related field.
