Tasks

-You will support the Housing Managers with following up on compliance checks in our buildings and communities. -Engaging with customers on the telephone and giving administration support to our Housing Managers, you’ll really get to get to know our communities. -You’ll support with tasks such as managing our general enquires from customers which includes liaising with local authorities and at times engaging and meeting with contractors on site. -You’ll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done. -You’ll support our Housing Managers to look after their patches and through this, help us to improve our local neighbourhoods.

What You Bring

-Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business and external partners -You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that. -The ability to use technology to navigate our systems and update customer records
