-Driving continuous improvement and adapting services to meet changing business needs. -Supporting change management and promoting a positive, inclusive culture aligned with our CLEAR values. -Overseeing financial and administrative systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy. -Leading and motivating a dispersed team of Administrators. -Building strong working relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders. -Managing day-to-day workloads and ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality admin services.

What You Bring

-Proven experience managing and developing teams, ideally in a social care or customer-focused environment. -Full driving licence and access to a vehicle -regular travel across the region is required. -Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, with excellent attention to detail. -NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Customer Services. -A proactive approach, able to work independently and make informed decisions.
