Tasks

-Drive adoption of new Workday features and modules through change management and stakeholder engagement. -Serve as a Workday subject matter expert (SME) on HCM, Payroll, Finance, or other modules as applicable. -Analyze and report on product KPIs to measure business impact and inform decisions. -Partner with Workday implementation partners and internal developers to ensure timely and quality delivery. -Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements. -Lead cross-functional Agile teams through the full lifecycle of product delivery. -Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Workday platform. -Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements. -Define and communicate clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. -Monitor Workday releases, identifying relevant updates and coordinating their rollout.

-Strategic thinking and business acumen -Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. -Technical understanding and attention to detail -May lift up to 10 lbs. -User empathy and customer focus -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or combination of education and experience. -Certification such as SAFe POPM or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) is highly preferred. -Prioritization and decision-making -Sheet Metal -Proven ability to manage complex products and deliver results in fast-paced environments. -Effective communication and stakeholder management -10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment. -Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps. -Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, software development lifecycles, and product management best practices.
