Overview

Manage cost consultancy for large mixed‑use real estate projects

Tasks

-Produce cost estimates and cost plans -Build and maintain working relationships with clients -Manage the tender process, review and analyse tender returns and prepare recommendations to the client as well as advice on procurement routes -Manage and lead aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy including pre and post contract duties -Attend meetings, prepare financial reports and monitor on the status of projects -Ensure the project remains on budget from design to completion phase -Undertake full post-contract duties including establishing the effect of variations and evaluating and negotiating final account settlements -Manage junior team members to deliver our cost management service effectively.

What You Bring

-Experience working on larger projects of £10m value or over (or equivalent) -Experience working on new build and fit-out projects -Excellent communication skills and client facing. -UK Cost Management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector -Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying -A data and digital led business, with an authority on the economics of sustainability, that will take our service to the next level -MRICS qualified
