Tasks

-Configure and maintain WBS structures, networks, activities, and milestones in SAP PS. -Optimize CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Fiori-based PS reporting -Improve project dashboards for budget consumption, forecasted cost, revenue tracking, and risk assessment. -Ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and FI/CO, P2P (Procurement), Plant Maintenance (PM), SD (Sales & Distribution), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). -Configure milestone-based billing, revenue postings, and accrual calculations. -Enhance data validation and master data governance for PS objects. -Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Business Operations to streamline project execution. -Configure Planned Cost Budgeting and Actual Cost Monitoring to control project financials. -Ensure automatic budget allocations, tolerance limits, and cost element validations. -Ensure planned vs. actual cost tracking for project execution. -Configure Project Cost Planning, Budgeting, Availability Control, and Settlement functionalities. -Ensure adherence to group-wide SAP governance and best practices. -Drive process improvements in RA key setup, cost control, and project forecasting.ç -Implement RA Key and Settlement Rules for accurate revenue recognition. -Define RA (Results Analysis) keys for revenue recognition based on POC (Percentage of Completion) and cost-based accounting. -Work with Finance teams to align SAP PS with IFRS-compliant project accounting standards. -Define Settlement Rules (Cost Center, WBS, AUC, Final Asset, and Internal Orders).

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to support, optimize, and enhance our SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management in SAP PS, focusing on project structuring, revenue recognition, cost planning, budgeting, and settlements. This role requires deep expertise in RA key setup, milestone billing, planned vs. actual cost tracking, and project financial reporting. -SAP PS certification (preferred but not mandatory). -7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) within S/4HANA. -Experience with multi-country project accounting and SAP data governance. -Strong understanding of Planned Cost, Budgeting, and Actual Cost Control in SAP PS. -Industry experience in manufacturing, engineering, energy, or construction projects. -Expertise in RA Key (Results Analysis), revenue recognition (POC & cost-based methods), and settlement processes. -Experience with SAP Signavio for business process modeling, analysis, and optimization. -Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive business process improvements. -Experience in Project Structuring, WBS creation, Network planning, and Cost Object Mapping. -Hands-on exposure to SAP Cloud ALM for implementation tracking, test management, and project governance. -Deep knowledge of multi-scenario project execution (ILI, CAPEX, R&D, Overhead) -Knowledge of CDS Views, SAP Fiori, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for PS reporting. -Ability to integrate SAP PS with Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (EWM, P2P, PM etc) and Sales (SD). -Financial & Budgeting Expertise:
