Overview
Design, market, and deliver energy & fleet management solutions for customers.

Tasks
-Develop, manage, and measure effectiveness of sales enablement content (presentations, whitepapers, case studies) to drive commercial success and address industry use cases such as data centers. -Conduct market, regulatory, and competitor research to inform product strategy and customer messaging. -Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support customer solutioning and offer development. -Solve customer challenges that involve high technical and economic complexity, such as identifying opportunities for optimization across diverse energy systems including hybrid fleets, complex combined cycle operations, and pure renewable fleets. -Apply deep knowledge of North American electricity markets and trends to guide product roadmap and solution relevance for multiple use cases, including data centers. -Support product management, including key Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) steps, by maintaining and updating solution materials that reflect current features and market positioning.

What You Bring
-Strong technical writing and presentation skills; able to create compelling sales and marketing material. -5+ years in energy sector consulting, energy-related product management, or solution advisory roles. -Collaborative mindset with experience working across R&D, sales, finance, and product development teams. -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers. -Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred. Certifications in AI or product strategy are a plus. -Deep understanding and some demonstrated experience in North American electricity markets, North American power generation configurations, regulatory trends, and customer needs.
