Tasks

-Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authorities' regulations -Conduct on-site inspections and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems. -Implement sustainable engineering practices in project designs -Coordinate with other disciplines, contractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines -Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality -Manage and mentor junior engineers and inspectors, fostering their professional development -Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders -Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide innovative solutions -Review mechanical design, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, calculations and submittals relevant to the Mechanical discipline activities for various industrial and commercial projects. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget

-Proven track record in on-site supervision, project coordination, and management of mechanical works across diverse construction projects -Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies -Strong understanding of HVAC systems, piping, and industrial equipment -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. -Willingness to travel to various project sites within the UAE -Proficiency in CAD and BIM software -Outstanding communication and leadership abilities -Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach -Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, their practical applications, Heat load and sizing calculations. -Over 12 years of experience, including substantial expertise in engineering consultancy and familiarity with UAE local building codes and regulations -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
