What You Bring

-Occasional travel required to client site or for training -A high level of technical competency which may include: WinIGS, CDEGS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit -Experience in substation design (medium, high, and extra-high voltage) and IEEE/ANSI standards -Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with the internal team and clients to meet project needs and deadlines -Unless otherwise noted, we do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite -Self-starter who works independently with minimal direction -All job offers are subject to pre-employment drug screening and a background check. -Experience with grounding studies/lightning protection and lighting studies -Proficiency with Physical substation design -Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related degree with three (3) or more years of related substation physical design experience -Collaborator and leader who can work effectively in a team environment. -Strong analytical skills and proven problem solver in both team and independent environments
