Tasks

-Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (construction, customer experience, design, sales) to source stories and content opportunities. Liaise with external trade partners and suppliers to deliver joint brand messages. -Owned Content Channels: Create and maintain content for websites, blogs, and eDMs, ensuring consistency across platforms and alignment with key marketing calendar activities. -Analytics & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse social performance, preparing reports with insights, trends, and recommendations to increase reach, engagement, and conversion. -Content Creation: Plan, produce, and edit high-quality content, including copy, photography, and video, that communicates our brand story in a compelling and visually engaging way. -Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting, and monitoring across all social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with brand and campaign strategies.
