Perform assigned tasks to develop problem solving and decision-making in area of specialization.
Assists in the assembly of basic data to support any of the following, as related to the applicable function: cost-of-service studies, load research, computerization support, rate case filings, special contracts, and technical papers.
Develops, through assigned work, a basic knowledge of regulatory matters for the applicable regulatory function performed.
Support the preparation and presentation of complex regulatory subjects and strategies to management and/or regulatory bodies.
Commission Occasional travel will be required, such as: to attend or testify at hearings, to support witnesses at hearings, to participate in Commission Staff and/or stakeholder meetings/events, to advocate the Company’s position in various federal, regional, or state venues, to attend training, etc.
Assists higher-level employees in limited preparation of technical reports, papers, testimony, discovery requests, financial reporting, etc.
Accomplish assigned project and process work according to the plan and schedule established by higher-level employees.
Conducts research and supplies information as requested through the assistance of more senior team members.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree from an accredited college or university AND 4 years relevant field, operations or analytical experience OR High School diploma or GED AND 6 years relevant field, operations or analytical experience.
Required to work mandatory “on-call” requirements over weekends, holidays, vacations, etc. as necessary to meet regulatory requirements, including filing dates required by the Company or as imposed by an applicable regulatory.
