Tasks

-Inspections of building enclosures -Managing budgets and prepare invoices -Mentoring other staff -Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services -Preparing reports and proposals -Management of projects including but not limited to: -Building Enclosure Testing -Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE -Maintaining and develop a client database -Building Enclosure Assessments -Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects -Building Enclosure commissioning consulting

What You Bring

-B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred -2+ years of relevant building enclosure consulting experience required -IIBEC certified RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, RBEC are encouraged to apply -Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
