The Role
Overview
Manage HR administration and coordinate facility safety programs.
Key Responsibilities
- osha reporting
- time attendance
- fire inspections
- accident investigation
- safety inspections
- forklift training
Tasks
-Assists employees with paperwork, online systems, claim processes, etc. related to benefits, employee demographics, disabilities, FMLA, pay, etc. -Manages the time attendance system -Processes new hire paperwork, forms, etc. and ensures proper maintenance of forms -Prepares various reports and maintains files as required -Performs duties related to recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, orientation, ongoing training, etc. -Coordinates use of temporary employees -Helps process performance reviews, employment change forms, etc. -Maintains employee personnel records

What You Bring
-Experience in the Packaging industry preferred -MUST be Bi-lingual -Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred -Preferred experience in First Aid and CPR and working knowledge of OSHA regulations -Minimum high school diploma or GED
