Tasks

-Support Recruitment Consultants with suitable candidates to meet urgent and future client needs. -Use our database and tools to re-engage previous workers and maintain accurate candidate records. -Source, attract, and engage candidates for a variety of roles across the rail and construction sectors. -Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms. -Manage applications, conduct initial screening, and build candidate pipelines.

What You Bring

You will be working within a Railway recruitment team so previous Rail experience is ideal. -A proactive and adaptable approach to work. -Confidence using IT systems and social media for resourcing. -Experience in recruitment/resourcing, ideally in rail and/or construction infrastructure workforce supply, but full training is provided. -Tier 1 supplier status – work with a business trusted on major public sector contracts. -Excellent communication and organisational skills.
