Tasks

-Collaborate closely with designers, managers, and team members on all project phases. -Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures. -Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project execution aligns with design intent. -Assist with conceptual planning, details, and project presentations. -Develop and coordinate project documents within all phases of a project. -Coordination with consultants. -Engage in a flexible, collaborative work environment.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and teamwork skills with a solid understanding of architectural principles. -Professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture -Licensed architect preferred -Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud -8+ years of experience with commercial project work; experience with manufacturing and technical typologies is ideal.
