Tasks

-Issue bid documents, evaluate bids, and present findings to clients. -Coordinate with MEP engineers to ensure project integration. -Provide in-office construction phase services, working closely with contractors and clinic staff through to project completion. -Collaborate with the Director of Operations to meet QA/QC requirements and ensure timely project delivery. -Submit permit documents and monitor their progress weekly. -Develop plan sketches and construction documents (CDs).

What You Bring

-Skills in construction administration, project coordination, and quality assurance/control. -Possess an Architecture Degree and have experience working in an architecture firm. -Registered Architect with 10-15 years of experience. -Excellent communication skills for client interaction. -Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously. -Comprehensive knowledge of project phases, scheduling, budgeting, and building construction. -Experience with AutoCAD for production; Revit experience is a plus. -Proficient in design review and review of shop drawings. -Experience in commercial construction, architecture, and design.
