Join a leading construction team managing multi-million-dollar healthcare and commercial projects. You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, and teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors while maintaining discretion and high professional standards. -Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards -Coordinate teams and stakeholders efficiently -Manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and cost controls -Oversee change orders, purchase orders, and RFIs -Support business development and client engagement -Lead project planning, execution, and completion

What You Bring

💪 5-10 years’ experience in commercial or healthcare construction projects -Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -5 -10 years managing commercial or healthcare projects ($5M–$40M) -Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, and project administration -Proven leadership and team coordination skills -Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
