You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, and teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors while maintaining discretion and high professional standards. -Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards -Coordinate teams and stakeholders efficiently -Manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and cost controls -Oversee change orders, purchase orders, and RFIs -Support business development and client engagement -Lead project planning, execution, and completion

What You Bring

💪 5-10 years’ experience in commercial or healthcare construction projects -Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -5 -10 years managing commercial or healthcare projects ($5M–$40M) -Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, and project administration -Proven leadership and team coordination skills -Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
