Tasks

-Reviews and supports capital expenditure proposals and communicates organizational priorities to ensure alignment across all regional teams. -Provides direct support and leadership to regional managers and their teams, maintaining strong field presence and awareness of market conditions. -Leads the region to achieve high performance and deliver results aligned with key financial and operational metrics. -Partners with purchasing, marketing, and sales teams drive efficiencies and expand market share. -Leads the implementation of new programs and initiatives that strengthen operational performance and market presence. -Champions a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and best practices. -Recruits, develops, and supports regional managers to achieve business and operational goals. -Partners with business development and sales teams throughout the proposal and presentation process, contributing to client negotiations and approving final contracts to ensure alignment with regional and organizational objectives. -Maintains strong client relationships through regular on-site visits, quarterly business reviews, and participation in key meetings and events. -Partners with regional managers to strengthen client engagement, drive retention, and preserve the organization s core customer base. -Provides consistent leadership, guidance, and support to regional management teams to ensure sustained performance and accountability. -Optimizes profitability through strategic resource management, operational efficiency, and proactive business planning. -Drives operational excellence by ensuring optimal pricing strategies, expanding new business opportunities, and minimizing client attrition. -Upholds and promotes SSC s brand reputation and quality image within the marketplace. -Promotes professional growth through training and development opportunities that align with organizational objectives and employee engagement goals. -Develops, manages, and monitors accurate regional budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial outcomes meet or exceed company and client expectations. -Ensures fair and consistent application of human resources policies and practices, fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. -Ensures consistent application of company policies, procedures, and objectives across all operations. -Proactively identifies client needs, ensures open communication, and delivers tailored solutions that reinforce SSC s value and partnership.

What You Bring

-Bachelor s Degree preferred -Contract management experience in a Business, Industry, Education or HealthCare preferred -7+ years responsibility at a regional manager level over multi-site operations or 10+ years as a director level in facilities management -Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
