Overview

Manage supplier relationships, RFPs, and data analysis for procurement.

Tasks

-Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness and access. -Develops scenario planning tools/models (exit/maintain/grow). Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in general business conditions. -Designs and manages the RFP processes to support program goals and requirements. Works with internal and client stakeholders in establishing, managing, creating RFPs and analyzing purchasing projects. -Works with stakeholders to rationalize active supplier list. -Identifies opportunities for improvements by and among the clients and/or companies. -Acts as project lead, including supervisory and/or managerial activities, in the coordination of the procurement team to successfully complete specified projects. -Manages all aspects of the supplier performance management and development program as well as supplier business reviews. -Prepares and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management. -Collects and rationalizes complex data from multiple sources. Ensures data integrity and accuracy. Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s). -Coordinates with global souring team and peers to aggregate data align reporting. -Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. -Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications. -Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis. -C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. Certifications or eligibility preferred. -Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training. -Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to address problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from four-year College and/or University.
