Tasks

-Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs to enhance capabilities -Provide strategic guidance in resolving complex client challenges -Creates an environment with strong team morale -Develop trusted advisor relationships with Regional IPS clients ensuring exceptional satisfaction -Recruit top talent and develop existing team members to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities -Create an inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, ethical practice, and service excellence -Monitor client satisfaction and implement enhancement strategies -Provides timely, constructive feedback -Build and lead high-performing teams of IPS Account Leads, program and project managers -Provide coaching and mentorship enabling professional growth and development -Identify market trends and client needs to strengthen JLL's competitive positioning -Develops effective relationships based on mutual trust and respect -Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, valuing diverse perspectives -Represent JLL at strategic client events, industry conferences, and trade shows -Collaborate with account leads to understand client objectives and identify continuous improvement opportunities -Monitor financial performance metrics, drive accountability, and identify improvement opportunities -Establishes clear performance expectations and goals for team members -Foster a proactive sales culture that identifies cross-selling opportunities across accounts, PDS services, and industry verticals -Present quarterly business reviews and performance insights to senior leadership -Develop and execute strategies to grow existing Regional IPS Accounts, achieve portfolio targets, and enhance profitability

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, or related field -Ability to identify and mitigate project risks before they impact service delivery -Builds immediate credibility through confidence and presence -5-10 years' experience managing design and construction projects across broad geographies -Demonstrated expertise in building client relationships and driving client success -Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive portfolio performance -Exceptional leadership abilities with proven success developing high-performing teams -3-5+ years managing teams of 10+ experienced professionals -Proven track record in sales and business management, preferably in commercial real estate and/or retail multi-site environments -3-7 years managing portfolio client accounts with small to large dynamic teams -Experience in building and delivering capital planning -Comprehensive understanding of real estate lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration -Strategic problem-solving capabilities for navigating complex client challenges -Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project -Advanced communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
