Tasks

-Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors -Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations -Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance -Foster a collaborative team environment to deliver projects on time and within budget -Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and progress reports -Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements -Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

If you’re a motivated Project Manager seeking a long-term opportunity to make an impact with a reputable General Contractor, we’d love to hear from you. -Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills -Proven experience delivering K-12, municipal, industrial, or government projects up to $50M -Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial projects -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) -Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management software -Strong tenure and stability in previous roles, with a track record of successful project delivery -Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
