Tasks
-Assist with setup and ongoing maintenance of filing systems -Project closeout duties such as compilation of turnover packages and project postmortems -To deal courteously with customers, vendors and all other coworkers, displaying a professional conduct and appearance -Collaborate with various project groups to identify and deliver specific project requirements -Maintaining the customer annual inspection database by issuing notices, quotations, compiling and issuing inspection information from field to Engineering Department -Offer administrative and operational support to the Project Coordinator/Manager with a variety of project-related tasks including but not limited to:Daily reports, material requisition, and progress trackingProject pre-mobilization activitiesProject closeout duties such as compilation of turnover packages and project postmortemsMaintaining the customer annual inspection database by issuing notices, quotations, compiling and issuing inspection information from field to Engineering Department -E-file all documents for electronic storage and easy lookup

What You Bring

Once the position is filled, this job posting will be closed. -Ability to understand and follow directions -Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines -Ability to work well alone or in a team setting -Any previous related work and/or volunteer experience -Ability to commence full-time (40 hours/week) work from the beginning of May until the end of August 2026 -Ability to handle competing priorities simultaneously -Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is considered an asset -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail -Possess a positive and professional attitude, set a high standard, and convey professionalism at all times -Any valid training certification or tickets -Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal -References: include at least two references with their name, email address, phone number and relationship to you -Area of post-secondary study -Preference will be given to candidates who are at least in their second year of Engineering studies or Business students with a strong interest in project management
