Tasks

-Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables -Recruit, manage, train and mentor staff -Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships -Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement -Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administration -Manage financial targets including budgets, profitability etc -Negotiation with stakeholders (clients, Authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects
