Tasks
-Manages day-to-day operations with confidence and little oversight -Make an Impact: Be the boots-on-the-ground leader for highly visible, high-value roofing projects. -Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, owners, and engineers -Enforcing OSHA and job-site safety standards -Leading field operations on large-scale commercial roofing jobs -Overseeing labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track -Managing foremen and field crews, ensuring productivity and safety -Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results -Makes autonomous decisions and keeps leadership in the loop

What You Bring
-Valid driver’s license + eligible to work in the U.S. -Solving problems proactively to keep projects moving forward -OSHA-certified with strong job-site safety leadership -Proven success managing secure or complex sites (e.g., hospitals, occupied buildings, industrial facilities) -Thinks critically and solves problems on the fly -Comfortable working with minimal training or direction -Comfortable with 50%+ travel -Strong communication skills (Spanish-speaking a plus) -Expertise in single-ply, asphalt, metal, cold & hot-applied systems -Highly self-sufficient and independent -Not afraid to step in, lead, and figure things out under pressure -5+ years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
