Overview

Oversee repair, installation, and commissioning of pumps for clients in Qatar

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Lead and supervise on-site repair teams during site contract execution; -Liaise with technical departments within Sulzer to develop engineering solutions; -Compilation of comprehensive site reports in line with company quality management system Communication: communicates (in English as well) with Sulzer team, contractors, and clients; -Develop strong relationships with key client contacts; -Carrying out reparations and inspections inside and outside the country at customer sites; -Provision of safe and effective site and workshop overhaul, repair, installation and commissioning services for all rotating equipment; -Be responsible for on-site Health & Safety; -Writing daily reports. -Compile on-site Risk Assessments for scopes of work; -Develop and maintain good and effective relationships with clients to optimise further service opportunities; -Manage relevant suppliers and subcontractors; -Provide continuous improvement in repair, installation and commissioning activities; -Be the first point of contact for allocated customers in respect of any issues relating to agreed on-site scopes of work;

What You Bring

-Communication skills; -Excellent English proficiency; -Ability to act independently; -Relevant experience of minimum 10 years specific experience of working on centrifugal API 610 pumps and rotating equipment; -Attention to detail. -Experience in the Middle East and an ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and data;
