Overview
Provide front-desk support and coordinate visitor services, facilities and admin tasks.

Tasks
-Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner. -Provide support for the team as directed including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care. -Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance. -Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. -Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. -Create customized client materials that follow brand guidelines. -Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Address issues with vendors or staff as needed. -Evaluate and select solutions from established options. -First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor passes and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to the proper location. -Arrange and confirm recreational and business activities on behalf of the requestor. -Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers.

What You Bring
-Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner. -Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval. -An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. -Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. -Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mind
