-Maintain detailed records of claims, service logs, and system diagnostics using CRM or project management software. -Provide clear and timely updates to customers regarding the status of their claims. -Ensure all warranty work adheres to company and manufacturer standards. -Review and process warranty claims for residential solar systems. -Stay informed about product warranties, RMA processes, and industry standards. -Communicate with equipment manufacturers to submit claims, coordinate replacements, and track resolutions. -Support the development of warranty-related documentation, procedures, and training materials. -Coordinate with the service team to dispatch warranty-related service calls. -Analyze recurring warranty issues to identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You Bring
