Tasks

-Enforce community policies consistently and fairly. -Handle escalated resident issues and work with the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager as a liaison to provide resolutions. -Oversee temporary help and vendor relations -Organize and manage resident events and initiatives to promote a sense of community. -Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly. -Provide coaching and counseling for team and individual development -Manage a team of concierge to ensure residents and prospects have an exceptional experience at all hours

What You Bring

-Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries -1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required -High school diploma or equivalency (GED) is required.
