Tasks

-Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of DevSecOps and CI/CD processes. -Lead and manage the system development and support team. -Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team. -Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. -Oversee service requests, incident management, problem management, change requests, and projects. -Ensure successful implementation and integration of systems built with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. -Ensure successful implementation of AI and data system development -Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operation and compliance with industry regulations. -Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

What You Bring

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Microservices, Domain Driven Design, Security by Design -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Minimal Bachelor of Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred. -At least 10 years of experience in system development and support. -Extensive knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, -Power Apps, and Power BI. -Experience in making effort & duration estimates based on requirements, design, testing, and implementation including data mapping, and interface is added advantage. -Experience in both waterfall and agile SDLC -Experience in modernizing legacy software applications using latest technology would be advantageous. -Extensive knowledge of processes and principles including DevSecOps, CI/CD, -Strong leadership and management skills.
