Service Coordinator

Tasks

-Verify technicians have the required work scope, parts, tools, and customer contact information to ensure job readiness -Ensure all maintenance, repair, commissioning, and related services are delivered on time and within scope -Manage external ticketing systems and coordination with 3rd-party vendors -Organize and track work orders, customer requests, revenues, and expenses for completed services -Attend meetings and training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes -Participate in troubleshooting system errors to determine and dispatch the appropriate personnel -Oversee communication and workflow across assigned regional teams -Coordinate technician schedules and prioritize dispatches based on urgency, skill set, and location -Issue purchase orders and approve invoices in coordination with the Accounting team -Assist with onboarding and mentoring new service team members -Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technical support, manufacturers, and internal teams -Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up -Respond promptly to phone calls and email inquiries

What You Bring

-Experience in the EV charging or clean energy industry is a plus -Proficiency with service management tools such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, Zendesk, or other dispatching software -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail -2+ years of dispatching or service coordination experience -Demonstrated customer service mindset and problem-solving approach -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
