-Research and resolve billing issues -Create invoices and credit memos for customers -Prepare various activities to support accounting and billing process -Follow internal billing procedures for all tasks assigned -Ensure billing deadlines are met -e-billing on customer website -Prepare billing invoices for services rendered or for delivery or shipment of goods

What You Bring

-Quick learner who is capable/willing to learn new information in a high volume environment that is constantly changing -Experience in the service and/or petroleum industry a plus -Ability to work both independently and as a team member -Ability to build rapports with customers -Detailed orientated -Proficient in Excel and MS Office; experience with Accpac a plus -2-3 years of billing experience -Written and verbal communication skills
