Tasks
-Provide accurate and timely financial information to support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. -Communicate effectively with vendors to address payment - related inquiries and maintain good vendor relationships. -Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with vendor statements on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any differences promptly. -Maintain accurate and up - to - date accounts payable records, including invoices, payments, and supporting documents. -Collaborate with purchasing, finance, and other departments to resolve invoice - related issues and improve processes. -Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner through communication with internal departments and vendors. -Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards related to accounts payable, such as sales tax and withholding tax requirements. -Prepare and execute timely payment transactions, such as wire transfers, checks, and ACH payments, to vendors according to the agreed payment terms. -Review and approve payment requests, ensuring proper authorization and adherence to budgetary constraints. -Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy in terms of amount, quantity, and invoice details, and compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. -Assist in month - end closing activities, including preparing accrual entries for unpaid invoices and generating AP aging reports. -Assist in audit - related inquiries for AP, providing necessary documentation and explanations to internal and external auditors.

1.Invoice Processing We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join our Americas business unit at Gotion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment. 6.Communication and Collaboration -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. -Knowledge of international accounting standards and US GAAP is a plus. -Strong analytical and problem - solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast - paced environment. -Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English -Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, etc.) for data analysis and report generation. -A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changes in workload and job requirements. -At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions, preferably in a multinational company. -Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial data. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors. -Big 4 (2+ years) experience is strongly desired. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -legal status that allows for long-term work in the United States
