Tasks

-Learn to test, document, and ensure the quality of the contractor's work, adhering to project and industry standards. -Complete all assigned tasks on time, within budget, and in accordance with the project scope. -Maintain document control for all correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and other project-related documents. -Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and design engineers.

What You Bring

-This is an entry level position where no previous experience is required. -Currently enrolled in a college construction management or related program. -Valid Driver’s License -Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position. -Ability to pass and maintain required certifications -3.0 GPA or higher preferred -Learn to read and understand plans and specifications, including the construction contractor's means and methods.
