Process Engineer

Tasks

-Manage process improvement projects from conception through implementation. -Develop and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. -Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies. -Lead and participate in process improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. -Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and production staff on process best practices and safety protocols. -Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of process specifications, procedures, and changes. -Lead the implementation of assets in the plant, preparing Design Reviews and obtaining necessary approvals. -Analyze process data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions for performance enhancement.

What You Bring

-Background in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering. -Experience in process engineering, time studies, line balancing, and production transfer. -Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. -Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning. -Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. -Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues. -Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
