-Associates Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience -Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.) -Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written -Authorized to work in the United States -Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
