The Role

Overview

Drive waste collection vehicle, deliver/empty containers and follow safety checks.

Tasks

-Conform to all applicable site rules when offloading at disposal sites -Ensuring all information is input into the onboard system and all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily -Driving to planned collection locations and moving and emptying multiple waste containers. -Carrying out Delivery/Service of Skip/Roll On Roll Off containers -Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook -Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including security and weight of loads and ensuring that the carriageway is left in a clean condition.

Requirements

  • class c
  • cpc
  • tachograph
  • local knowledge

What You Bring

-Class C (Cat C) licence -Up to date CPC -Digi / Tachograph card -Ideally you will have knowledge of the local area
