Tasks

-Deliver comprehensive training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products and systems. -Implement and manage cybersecurity configurations and solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards. -Provide expert technical support by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with Siemens Energy’s products and services. -Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to facilitate the successful implementation of Siemens Energy’s solutions. -Identify and recommend product and service improvements based on customer feedback and field experience. -Execute on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in T3000 system virtualization, domain server configurations, and Siemens Energy’s fail-safe systems. -Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Automation, I&C, Control System, or a related field, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Siemens Energy’s T3000, PLC, and SCADA systems. -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and clients. -Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industrial controls networks. -Hands-on experience with Modbus, DNP3, OPC interfaces, and network architecture design.
