CNC Programmer / Operator / Set-up

• Maintain machines and ensure production quality and safety.
• Work with engineering to solve machining issues and improve efficiency.
• Read blueprints and apply GD&T for precision machining.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC (Fanuc, G-code, Mastercam, FeatureCam, SolidWorks).
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Train and guide machine operators and set-up personnel.

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator / Set-up. The ideal candidate will handle programming, set-up, operation, and training of team members. This is a hands-on position requiring strong CNC programming experience, mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills.

Must be able to commute or relocate to Middletown, DE

• 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and shop safety standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and lead a small team.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and Fanuc controls.
