Overview
Assist PM in schedules, budgets, docs, coordination for timely, profitable projects.

Tasks
-Maintain all job records and files; assists with archiving project documentation upon completion of project -Develop operations and maintenance manuals, as required. -Create and administer project management documentation that may include submittals, transmittals, change orders, etc. -Coordinate and communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely and profitable project completion. -Assist project manager with budgeting, tracking, and projecting job costs

What You Bring
-A minimum of a GED or high school diploma -Two or more years of related work experience required -Physical demands for this position are moderate. Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be walking, standing, bending or carrying of items (25-50 pounds) such as plan documents, papers, books, parts, etc. There may be times of physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, climbing or similar activities. The work may require specific but common physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity. Requires a good ability to see, hear, and speak. -Standard project site environment that may include machinery, parts and chemicals. May require protective gear. -Experience working within the building trades (design or construction) preferred; experience working with legal and insurance construction documentation helpful
