Overview

Maintain, repair, and install commercial roofing systems for multiple retail stores.

Tasks

-Repair and install different types of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, BUR, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems. -Diagnosing and resolving roof leaks, performing emergency repairs, and installing roofing materials in accordance with industry standards. -Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.

What You Bring

-CBRE is unable to sponsor work visas for this role. -Possess necessary skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck. -Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. -Safe operation of hand and power tools. -Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training. -Excellent social skills, including oral and written communications -Incumbent must pass a background check, drug screen and physical testing. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Uses computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, and training.

The minimum salary for the Mobile Roofing Technician position is $52,000 annually [or $25.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Mobile Roofing Technician position is $68,640 annually [or $33.00 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. -Competitive Pay, and no on call! -Benefits start 1st of the month: Medical, dental vision, PTO, 401k, etc.
