Tasks

-Repair and install different types of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, BUR, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems. -Diagnosing and resolving roof leaks, performing emergency repairs, and installing roofing materials in accordance with industry standards. -Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.

The minimum salary for the Mobile Roofing Technician position is $52,000 annually [or $25.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Mobile Roofing Technician position is $68,640 annually [or $33.00 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
