Tasks
-Collaborate with operations and project management teams during project turnover -Deliver proposals, follow up with clients, and strengthen long-term relationships -Identify and pursue new bidding opportunities aligned with company priorities -Support continuous improvement initiatives in estimating accuracy and efficiency -Attend site visits, pre-bid, and pre-proposal meetings -Prepare mechanical and HVAC estimates with precision using industry-standard tools and methods -Review project specifications and drawings to ensure full compliance and accuracy -Conduct cost analyses, track scope changes, and participate in post-job review meetings -Timely and compliant bid submissions

You’re an analytical and relationship-oriented professional with a solid background in mechanical or HVAC estimating. You’re motivated by accuracy, efficiency, and the satisfaction of seeing your estimates turn into successful projects. You communicate clearly, handle multiple deadlines with composure, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team. -Ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred -Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills -High proposal acceptance and win rates -Strong internal collaboration with operations teams -Accurate estimating within target margins -Proficiency with Windows-based estimating tools; Quickpen experience preferred -Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and meet deadlines -Strong understanding of plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems -Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or HVAC estimating
