Tasks

-Collaborate with operations and project management teams during project turnover -Deliver proposals, follow up with clients, and strengthen long-term relationships -Identify and pursue new bidding opportunities aligned with company priorities -Support continuous improvement initiatives in estimating accuracy and efficiency -Attend site visits, pre-bid, and pre-proposal meetings -Prepare mechanical and HVAC estimates with precision using industry-standard tools and methods -Review project specifications and drawings to ensure full compliance and accuracy -Conduct cost analyses, track scope changes, and participate in post-job review meetings -Timely and compliant bid submissions

You communicate clearly, handle multiple deadlines with composure, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team. -Ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred -Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills -High proposal acceptance and win rates -Strong internal collaboration with operations teams -Accurate estimating within target margins -Proficiency with Windows-based estimating tools; Quickpen experience preferred -Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and meet deadlines -Strong understanding of plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems -Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or HVAC estimating
