-Project Execution: Assist the Project Manager in the successful execution of IT projects within the Indian Power Sector, contributing to go-live timelines and deliverables. -Apply strong expertise in React, Django, and modern web development practices to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. -Feature Integration G Upgrades: Analyze client needs and integrate new features or enhancements into existing projects while preserving system stability. -Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs, clarify functional requirements, and convert them into practical technical solutions. -Problem Solving: Identify and resolve IT-related issues during project implementation with a solutions-oriented mindset. -Take ownership of existing React–Django applications, ensuring continuous improvements, robust performance, and long-term maintainability. -Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the on going optimization of IT processes and web applications within the power sector. -Bug Identification G Resolution: Proactively monitor applications, identify issues, and implement effective fixes to deliver a seamless user experience. -Manage complex data structures with precision, and deliver tailored reports that provide meaningful insights for decision-making. -Design and implement new modules, integrations, and upgrades that enhance usability and align with evolving client expectations. -Team Collaboration: Work effectively with IT Domain Experts and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. -Full-Stack Development: Maintain and enhance existing web applications built with React and Django, ensuring smooth functionality, optimal performance, and scalability. -Custom Reporting: Design, create, and maintain reports tailored to client requirements, delivering accurate and actionable insights. -IT Systems G Data Management: Manage IT systems, custom database tables, and dynamic forms with advanced validation rules to ensure data integrity. -Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and translate change requests into actionable development tasks. -Document technical work clearly, track progress against milestones, and communicate updates effectively to project leadership. -Documentation G Reporting: Document code changes, IT processes, validation logic, and reporting structures, while keeping the Project Manager updated. -Anticipate and resolve issues proactively, delivering quick and effective fixes while maintaining code quality standards.
