Tasks

As the Electrical Lead, you will report directly to the site-based Project Director and oversee all electrical delivery activities. You’ll manage a team of Electrical Engineers and Electrical Construction Managers, ensuring all works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. -Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and installation quality. -Drive programme delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction. -Collaborate closely with the mechanical and project leadership teams to ensure seamless MEP integration. -Manage and mentor a team of engineers and construction managers. -Lead the electrical package across the project lifecycle, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.

What You Bring

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager ready to take the lead on one of London’s most exciting commercial developments? -Experience working within a Tier 1 MEP or main contractor environment. -Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. -Relevant electrical or building services qualification (HNC/HND/Degree). -Proven track record of managing electrical packages on large-scale commercial new-build projects (£20m+ MEP value).
