Overview

Support vulnerable young people to achieve independence via assessments, safeguarding and mentorship.

Tasks

-ent.Coach and mentor residents using a strengths-based approach, promote education, training, and employment, and ensure adherence to MSV and Foyer policies and procedu -tes.Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and statutory agencies to coordinate care, improve outcomes, and ensure effective service deliv -eds.Manage safeguarding cases, maintain accurate records, attend statutory meetings, and ensure timely updates to support plans, risk assessments, and case no -do;Conduct initial and comprehensive assessments for at-risk children and young people, providing direct support, crisis intervention, and referrals to appropriate services, including for mental health and neurodiversity ne -cticeManaging and prioritising a demanding work -ery.Guide residents through licence agreements, monitor rent and occupancy charges, support benefit access, and assist with move-on accommodation and tenancy sustainm

What You Bring
