Overview

Implement AssetWise Reliability solutions for asset‑intensive clients in the Middle East.

Tasks

-Provide expert guidance on asset management and reliability best practices — including RCM, RBI, FMEA, and failure analysis. -Translate customer requirements into functional and technical designs, supporting workshops, documentation, and solution definition. -Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to optimize configuration approaches and implementation methodologies. -Manage the full software implementation lifecycle, including data migration, integration with systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle, testing, and user acceptance. -Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions (onsite and remote), ensuring successful adoption and long-term system value. -Lead the configuration and deployment of AssetWise Reliability (APM) and related Bentley solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and project goals. -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across EMEA to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Bring

-Technical knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle) and system integration approaches (APIs, web services, middleware). -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience and training. -3–5 years of experience implementing CMMS, EAM, or reliability-focused software (e.g., AssetWise Reliability, IBM Maximo, SAP PM, HxGN EAM, AVEVA APM, or similar). -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with a hands-on approach to solution delivery. -Solid understanding of reliability, inspection, and maintenance processes within asset-intensive industries (oil & gas, utilities, energy, mining, or transportation). -Willingness to travel (approx. 25%). -Certifications such as CMRP or membership in the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) are an advantage. -Excellent communication and client engagement skills, capable of collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.
